Waterford Point Condominium Apartments not a resort condominium. Waterford
Point is a privately owned condominium consisting of 237 apartments.
Operations are conducted strictly in accordance with laws established by Florida
Statutes (chapter 718), the original Declaration of Condominium, Articles of
Incorporation and By-Laws, copies of which you received when you purchased your
unit. Over the years amendments have been made, which were recorded in the
public records of Broward County, Florida, and furnished to each unit owner.
Accordingly, these Rules, Regulations, and General Information, based on
experience gained over the years, have been developed to aid you and your
neighbors, through the Board of Directors, to maintain our basic objectives of
gracious living while preserving the value of our respective property.
Remember, although you have purchased your unit, you now share ownership, along
with 236other owners, of all the buildings, grounds, elevators, parking area,
recreation areas, and landscaped areas which surround and are part of Waterford
Point Condominium Apartments.
Remember also that you, the unit owner, are responsible to 236 other unit owners,
as they are to you, in aiding the Board of Directors to properly direct and administer
the business affairs of the Association.
Therefore, as owners of a residential community, Where many of us are
permanent residents, it is everyone’s duty to see that we do not become a
transient hotel operation as many renters, guests, and others may have
been led to believe.
